Sleep on it

Proper sleep does so much more than just helping us to feel well rested. By prioritizing sleep, we can improve academic performance, improve reaction time, and decrease the risk of illness and injury. Sleep is essential for your body. During your sleep cycle, memories are made, and all the information you learned for the day are processed into your brain. Not to mention lack of sleep can inhibit a person’s ability to focus, maintain attention, and make decisions throughout the day.
