Answer:  A WATER BOTTLE! Staying hydrated is essential for all body functions and recovery. An added bonus? Staying hydrated will have a positive impact on your mood as well.

Water is essential for nearly all functions within your body. Proper hydration can improve not only your physical performance, but your mental performance as well. Staying hydrated throughout the day can improve your attention and boost your mood.
